First, check R. Goldberg's site at www.novagenitica.com or search for
"Nova Genetica". The links from there will take you through 90% of the
world's current AI research, from tutorial level up through bleeding edge.
The sites for "GARAGe" and Michigan Unv. and USNCAPP are especially good,
but may be a bit above the applications level. If you need more than this,
or something more specific, I'll need to know something of what you want
to do; much of the AI fields are heavily tailored to specific classes
of problems just as world models are tailored to game types (big suprise).
