Microsoft wants you to give them your name and address before you
download them now.  For more info: http://www.microsoft.com/msdn/sdk/

A note to those who try the simple first program given in the
readme.exe,  he forgot to mention that you need to 
#include <windows.h>

might save a few people headaches
