John,

I sent you a response detailing some of my efforts yesterday with real-mode
DOS and cwsdpmi; after getting your e-mail, I went back and updated the 
Win95/DOS properties to 65535 and it now works. I am a little puzzled
that real mode DOS using cwsdpmi did not work.
