Lo and behold, the DJGPP gurus have already anticipated this question.

FYI, distributions of the GNU utilities (compiler, parts of the
libraries, etc.) fall under the GNU General Public License (q.v.), found
as the file "COPYING" in all GNU distributions.

I may be misunderstanding what you're saying here, but are you trying to
mix DJGPP .o files with compiled BASIC programs? If so, you're in for a
pretty hefty undertaking: the formats are totally incompatible. OTOH,
your idea of a BASIC to C converter is interesting, albeit difficult.
