I really don't want to start another editor/GUI holy war here, but I
sincerely don't understand what is special about Windows to require a
Windows-specific IDE? What's wrong with RHIDE, or Emacs (or any other
good programmer's editor)? Why would people settle up for TextPad
(for crying out loud) when they can use much more powerful tools that
already support DJGPP in the best possible manner? Are the scroll bar
and other GUI bells and whistles so important that they justify using
inferior tools which don't even qualify as programmer's editors?
