From the bug report I could see, that your are
1) using an "old" version of RHIDE (the current is 1.2)
2) still have installed DJGPP 2.0.
RHIDE will NOT work with the binaries from DJGPP 2.0
when it have to pass command line longer than 126 characters
to gcc.
Probably you have added a new file to the project and
the commandline is now longer than 126 characters (it
is 133)
Solution: Upgrade to DJGPP 2.01.
Recommention: Upgrade to RHIDE 1.2
