This is 100% incorrect. The readme.1st file describes how to setup your
DJGPP directory heirarchy. But quickly:
Make a DJGPP directory right off your root directory. Move all .ZIP files
there, then UNPACK THEM WITH THE -D SWITCH. This will automatically
create the correct directories. Then add C:\DJGPP\BIN to your path, and
create the DJGPP environment string.
