Do you have a version of the Glide library compiled for DJGPP?
Last I checked, they didn't distribute a glide.a, so you will
have difficulties linking.

FX_ENTRY and FX_CALL are intended to allow Glide to be compiled as
a DLL and as a static library, and for user programs to properly
link to either beast. As I recall (and I was the one who added
DJGPP support to Glide), FX_ENTRY and FX_CALL should be defined to
nothing for DJGPP.
