Thanks to Scott Frazer <frazer AT rtp DOT ericsson DOT se>, it was recently found
out that the NT DPMI server doesn't like the `__dpmi_free_dos_memory'
call (DJGPP Emacs is known to crash on NT because of this).  I don't
have a work-around yet.  Robert, could it be that the mouse problem in
RHIDE is somehow related to this?  Just a thought...
