Hello,
This is to Shawn..but I don't have his email address anymore.. so I hope
people don't mind me using this list to get through to him. Anyway, it's
somewhat related to djgpp.. :>
I was just wondering if there is any plan on making Allegro be able to
play MOD or S3M files? Just the MOD files..if the list is too long. Am I
wrong or are there many people who like to use MOD files as background
music? I find that the MOD's sound better and I'd love to be able to play
MOD file with allegro instead of having to use another library to play the
file. I wish I can aid in some way of implementing it, but at the
moment..I'm clueless about too many things to be of any help :) Just a
thought. Since we're on the topic...can anyone point me to where I can
find information on coding a mod player to work as a background music? Or
am I getting into something too over my head ..? :) Thanks for reading!
