I know how to do 13h 320X200 programing fairly well but I cannot find
any information on higher resolution graphics modes and how to do page
flipping.  I'm not looking for a library like allegro or somthing, I'm
looking for a tutorial on how to do the programing your self.  
If any one can help I would be very greatfull.
