Is there a painless way to debug ASM/inline ASM code in a program that uses 
mode 13?
GDB (ala RHIDE) treats inline ASM as one instruction and FSDB doesn't like the 
graphics mode switching (although my version is a year old so perhaps this has 
been changed?)
