Whoops!  I had tried 'File/Open', but when I double-clicked the
file I wanted the dialog would disappear, but the file wouldn't
open.  I assumed it was looking for a '.exe' or COFF file to open
for debugging.  When I seslect a file and press the 'open' button
it works.  My mistake ...
