I have nothing against it, but it requires a volunteer to do.

I also think that the DJGPP group has a very low noise level, so IMHO
moderation isn't sorely needed (check out the other comp. groups for 
examples of really noisy forums).  And I'm willing to sustain a bit of 
noise to avoid censorship.
