Hallo.
As I mentioned before, I've ported some small application of mine to
Pascal. For the Linux-version I plan to use p2c and I currently use
Delphi 2 to make a console app that can do LFN.
No my questions are:
1. Does p2c compile with djgpp ?
2. Is there much overhead in this ?
3. Borlands compiler seem to restrict length of filesnames to about 80
characters. Is this true for p2c and djgpp ?
4. Could I link 'gcc' or 'as' object files with it ?
5. Do you have any tips for me ?
Note: The advantage of djgpp/p2c over Delphi 2 would be that the program
would run with Windows 31 Dos-Box too and I hope for question 3 will be
answered: No there is none.
Mls, Kay
