I believe SciTech (http://www.scitech.com) has a djgpp version on their site. If microsecond accuracy (~10 us) is sufficient you might want to look at the uclock timer routines by Jon Griffiths, that was distributed with the 1.5 release of jlib (it's probably there in newer versions).
