I'm trying to use the libc function rawclock() as a seed for srand() but I keep getting the same series of random numbers. I've traced the problem to rawclock() and find that it's not doing what I thought it was supposed to. According to the libc.inf file rawclock() "Returns the number of clock tics (18.2 per second) since midnight." Yet when I use it I find that it always returns zero. Anybody know what's going on?
