I downloaded the emacs binaries from ftp.simtel.net along with djgpp.  The
first time I ran emacs it worked.  But ever since it has done nothing.  It
just returns to the command prompt with no message.  I've downloaded it
again and I tried to reinstall it.  But still nothing.

I have Windows 95 with 24MB RAM.

What am I doing wrong?
