Acutally, I think this is really a bug between djgpp1,2 and the DPMI
manager in Windows. At least I noticed that after I run v2 programs,
programs using go32 don't work anymore, probably due to some missing
initialization of the DPMI manager at the exit of a v2 program that
breaks something in the startup code of go32 (maybe float emu or
something).
OTOH, if that happens without running a v2 program previously, it is
probably something with PATH problems or similar.
