Subject: | RHIDE and gcc -S ??? |
To all (and esp. Robert); I wanted to compile a very short function and look at the assembly created by gcc. It works fine in straight DOS or in a win 3.1 Dos box. However, when I try it by either a straight compile with the -S compiler option or in a dos box under rhide, the .S file does not get created. the command I use is 'gcc -S test.c' As you can imagine, I am slightly puzzled?? thanks (and wonderful job Robert!!)
