if ( condition ) while ( condition )
statement(s); statement(s);
else
statement(s);
If more than one statement, you need to enclose them in braces, eg.:
int x = 4, y = 10;
while ( x < y )
{
if ( y - x > 4 )
x += 2;
else
x += 1;
printf( "x = %d, y = %d\n", x, y );
}
PLEASE find a good C book or class and curl up with it. This newsgroup
is not here to answer basic questions about the language.
