Nope. It's a DPMI 1.0 feature only, and most DPMI hosts (Windoze
included) don't bother to implement anything more than 0.9. CWSDPMI
included it for several reasons that I don't quite remember at present,
but the gist of it is that if you want to catch NULL dereferences, you
MUST run using cwsdpmi or 386Max.
