I have dabbled a bit using RSXNTDJ and to be honest
it's functional, but its kinda picky about some
things and is nothing compared to the functionality
of MSdevStudio or anything like that (imagine that?)
But it _is_ functional and does work (I have used it
under NT 3.51)
