Instead of cbgrx, get grx20.zip from the v2tk directory.  There is no 
djeoe in DJGPP v2, djdev201.zip includes everything you need.  You should 
probably also download the file v2misc/csdpmi3b.zip.  The file 
v2/readme.1st includes more information that should allow you to decide 
what do you need to download.
