Oh, yes! Otherwise, we /would/ be in trouble next time the user
touched the mouse etc...
Once, I had a mouse event handler - passed to INT 33, and thus not in
itself a chained interrupt. OK until the program dumped back to DOS.
OK from then on until I knocked the mouse, causing a "moved" event to
be passed to my program...
