That's in the FAQ list.  Please download the file v2/faq201b.zip from the 
same place you get DJGPP and read sections 17.3 - 17.5 there.  I would 
warn you up front that it is not easy to accomplish what you want, so if 
there are other options available to you, particularly if the code that 
needs to be converted is not too large, you might as well try other 
approaches first.
