Subject:	development tools/compiler

Can I get a compiler and development tools that will run on an Intel 80486 
machine but produce 8-bit code? the resultant code will run 8-bit processor
like a z80, I would prefer if its flexible so that this is specified in 
compiler directives, such that should I want to compiler for higher
machines I can still use the same compiler.
