Only in the sense that it is asked by nearly every starting user of djgpp. :)
The short answer is that in djgpp *you don't need them*. The long answer is
lengthy and can be read about in detail by consulting the DJGPP Frequently

The specific question you are asking is answered in section 17.7. I
recommend that you read at least the first 6 sections and all of sections
8, 9, 17, and 18. It is extremely well-written and _very_ useful. :)
