There is a partially finished DLL package available via ftp from
riceng.rice.edu, username djgpp, password betatest in the upload 
directory.  As far as I know, noone is working on improvements at
this point.  Nothing gets done without a volunteer with lots of time
and tolerance for everyone telling them how it should be done :-)
