The patches are complete and workable, and they are (AFAIK) in the next
version of DJGPP. They were originally created because of Emacs, but are
useful to have around in case they are needed for one of your programs
(particularly the is_exec patch). I have put them in my libc.a, as I have
all other patches that I have needed. :)
