Can you please post a list of all packages/programs one has to download 
in order to be able to use EMXAOUT with DJGPP (assuming DJGPP users don't 
usually have EMX installed)?  I'm told that some parts of EMX runtime 
must be installed for EMXAOUT to work.

Putting all the necessary programs in a single archive on DJGPP site will 
be a good idea, I think.

As a matter of fact, even a better idea is to compile EMXAOUT with DJGPP.
