There's a part about this somewhere in the documentation. It says there
that although the makers of GNU C consider it to be a worthwile addition,
it is not yet provided because this obviously makes the process of
generating code more complex. I don't really know wether DJ Delorie &
friends (Hurrah) decided to add this functionality anyway, but I wouldn't
count on it.
Please let someone correct me if I'm wrong...
