> *cringe* this is something like the pattern for all software.. gets bigger > and bigger. I used to run DJGPP 1.12 on a 2MB 386SX: slow, but usable. The FSF tools may get fatter, but DJGPP V2 when properly tuned should be able to perform better on a low memory machine than V1.x did.
