This is a bug in Win 3.1. But I think the next version of RHIDE will also
run in a Win 3.1x DOS-box. But remember there are a lot of other bugs in
Win 3.1x, which does'nt allow you to run the debugger there, so you will
not be able to use the integrated debugger of RHIDE (in the next version)
in this environment.
