I have been trying to run RSXNTDJ with C++ programs and it keeps on
producing error messages.  The whole thing works fine with C programs - so
there is no problem there.  But what is the deal with C++?  I am linking
with the gpp lib (which does not come with RSXNTDJ by the way).  Any
suggestions on what to add to a C++ program so the package can run fine?
