Nope, copyright issues are OK now. Borland has released TV to Public Domain
(both 1.03 & 2.0).

You'll find the original sources on the TVPlus TurboVision Home (together with
loads of support libraries/examples etc):

I think, that with Robert's port of TV you don't need to change almost
anything in TV 1.03 sources to compile it under UNIX (except, of course, for
the MS-DOG stuff)
