I haven't tried, but I'm guessing you could write a console application
using rsxntdj and be able to access dll's.
To get the winsock info you need check out:
http://www.microsoft.com/kb/softlib/mslfiles/WSA16.EXE
To get other windows api stuff look at:
http://www.microsoft.com/support/products/developer/kits.htm
These unfortunately contain no djgpp specific info.
