Try this:

	ftp://ftp.simtel.net/pub/simtelnet/gnu/djgpp/

DJGPP v2.0 is there in the directories whose names begin with "v2". The
latest version of the DJGPP FAQ (v2/faq201b.zip from the above site)
includes the updated list of sites that carry DJGPP, but you might be
unable to get the FAQ if you cannot find any single site ;-).
