  The last few days, I've tried to get some djgpp files, but every
site that I've downloaded from before that used to have them no longer
does; either from dropping simtel, or having some simtel files but no
djgpp, or the site is off the net, or (in Delorie's case) times out.
I've been checking sites both foreign and domestic from the list, but
so far to no avail.  Does anyone know what has happened?
