I noticed when I am using RHIDE that when I open one C file (no projects
involved) only the Compile menu item is functional, the rest (link, run,
make etc....) are greyed out.  When I open the same C file as a project
then these menu items become accessible.  Am I missing anything?  Can we
Make, Build all, Run etc..... a C file through RHIDE without the need to
open it as a project?
