Not wishing to be mistaken as knowing a damn thing about
what I'm talking about:-

Are we forgetting RHIDE beta4 ran fine in win3.1 and that obviously
uses the same tv library... I spose??
I'm running Beta 4 in 3.1 without any problems of that type.
