First comment: if you get the real problem fixed, you don't need the .bat file at all. > set djgpp=c:\djgpp\djgpp.env c:/djgpp/djgpp.env SET DJGPP=C:/DJGPP/DJGPP.ENV (remove one of the two copies and it should work).
