Hi!

I have just downloaded the DJDPP GCC compiler V2.0 environment and 
unzipped it.  Upon trying my very first compile (gcc -c ...) I find that 
it cannot find my include files at all.  Yet, in the docs I cannot find 
what environment variables need to be set.  I have tried INCLUDE_PATH, 
but that doesn't seem to help.

What am I doing wrong?
