well, there is a TEX file and a DVI file and I cannot seem to find a
reader for these file formats.  the TEX file is not the normal TEX and
cannot be read by INFO.EXE.  It requires LaTEX, which for some reason
is a utility that is totally invisible to me on the net anywhere.  and
the DVI?  well I still cannot find a reader for the DVI file.
whatever happened to good ole' ascii text?  whats so bad about that?  

If anybody has a plain old ascii text file of RHIDE.DVI or RHIDE.TEX
please e-mail it too me.  I tried to get to the HTML version but for
some reason my web browser just sits there and doesn't go past the 3rd
line of text.
