Be sure that your DJGPP environment variable points to the DJGPP.ENV 
file, like this:

	set DJGPP=d:\dgjpp\DJGPP.ENV

Your djgpp installation is in a directory whose name is misspelled, maybe 
that's why it doesn't work.
