Subject:	DLL Question

I am trying to write a DLL. This is the code for the DLL:


I compile it under turbo c++, and try to load the DLL into a help 
file by doing:

RR("lsekey.dll","iskey","i=i")

And I get an error.  Am I going about creating a DLL the wrong way, 
or do I have to get another compiler?
