Sure you can ask the postmaster. That's S.O.P. when dealing with
(sub)humans like this. What you do is forward a copy of the letter to
'postmaster AT jax DOT gttw DOT com' with a request that the user in question be
dealt with. Enough of these and the postmaster will have no choice
but to do something. I did that as soon as I saw the posting.
BTW, don't go getting angry and flaming this guy on the list. What he's
after is attention, and trading insults only encourages him. The most
effective thing we can do is inform his postmaster, and then ignore him.
Besides, he is almostcertainly no longer on the list now, right DJ? ;)

If you really want to get mean, find the largest binary file you have on
your computer, uuencode it, and send it to him several hundred times.
Always a fun way to relieve stress. :P
