I just recently got djgpp v2.... I installed it correctly according to the readme files, but when I try to compile I get an error message to the effect : cannot exec `as': cannot find file or directory. When I looked in the info files I could not understand the remedy that was proposed. The info file made reference to this being a problem with older versions of gcc. The file said to move the `as' and `ld' files (which are exactly what? I never could find out what these files were) to some directory such as /usr/lib/..... but I am not running Unix. Help me.... I am at a total loss.....
