Subject:	Running the test program

Has anyone ever experienced a problem with running any codes on a Win95-
Pentium w/16MByte.  When I run the test programs, it is a toss-up if
they work or not.  I DO MEAN TOSS-UP.

I rebooted.  Did nothing but started a DOS window.  Ran the test
programs.  They would work fine.  Run them again... Crash (SIGENV)  Run
them again (Crash or succeed)  It is random.

Does anyone have a clue??
