Complex is there, but you have to #include <_complex.h>
to get at it (on a 'real' OS, that would be <Complex.h>,
but on DOS, that would conflict with <complex.h>).

The background on this is that libg++ 2.7 has a 
*template*, complex<type>, in <complex.h> and the older class
Complex is now a typedef complex<double> Complex, and
has its own header file, to keep things as modular
as possible, I suppose.
